They have state of the art healthcare with Baylor Hospital, beautiful parks, and lakes in the area.

 

Ennis 
Ennis is a thriving Texas community of 20,391 just 30 minutes south of Dallas. It features unique downtown architecture that is recognized by the National Register of Historic Places, and is a community that seeks to retain the historic charm of the turn of the century through a variety of festivals and beautification programs. The red brick of Main Street is lined with festive banners, native trees, turn-of-the-century lights, and park benches placed outside antique shops.

 

Midlothian 
Midlothian is a thriving city 26 miles from Dallas with a population of 30,079. Midlothian is one of the fastest-growing cities in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. This Ellis County community offers the best of small-town life, including excellent public schools, beautifully maintained parks, a wide range of housing options, a diverse job market and lots of community events – from outdoor festivals to free family movies in the park.

 

Red Oak 
Red Oak is an Ellis County community of 14,732 just 20 minutes from Dallas. Red Oak offers a comfortable atmosphere perfectly suited for family enjoyment. With winding streets, rolling hills, and abundance of red oak trees, Red Oak is a great place to call home. Strategically located by I-35, it makes an easy commute to Dallas.

 

Uptown 
Just north of downtown, this area is a haven for young professionals and millennials looking for a live/work community. A vibrant district with a celebrated history and modern amenities, you’ll find everything from luxury condos and office space to shopping and dining. Just north of downtown, this neighborhood also connects to the Katy Trail, Arts District, the new Klyde Warren Park and American Airlines Center.

 

The Park Cities 
Including both Highland Park and University Park, this luxurious part of town is well-established. With older, historic homes that have been updated with modern amenities and fabulous schools, this part of town has been attracting residents for decades. Near the center of Dallas and Southern Methodist University, The Park Cities are ideally located. The area also includes many new restaurants, grocery stores and shopping.
